Hi Everyone! First and foremost, I would like to apologize for my lack of posting in recent months. I have been traveling all summer long and currently enrolled in a plant-based nutrition course, so much of my time has been dedicated to studying and being present in the moment. Thank you all for your love and support, and below you can find the recipe for the Blackberry Dream Mockitini I made during a trip to Maine with my family. It’s quick, easy, nutritious, and oh so delicious!
- 8 Ripe Bananas (3 frozen, 5 fresh)
- 12 oz Blackberries
- 1 TBSP of shredded Coconut
- 1 large handful of Mint
- Almond milk to personal preference
All you need to do is blend, pour, and ENOY! Xx
