I recently traveled to Croatia and WOW was it magnificat! The island across the way is called Lokrum where we went kayaking. We were blessed to be in the middle of the Adriatic Sea, among the bluest and clearest water I’ve ever seen…it is truly surreal. It reminds me of the crystal blue waters seen on Discovery Channel’s Plant Earth. You can actually see the sunlight rays shining through the water, it is so magical! I went to bought this produce from a farmers market in Gruz by the harbor. Everything is freshly picked and organic, no chemicals, pesticides, just good ol’ fashion farming. Croatia had the BEST tomatoes I’ve ever had and that says a lot coming from a Jersey girl where we are known for our tomatoes ????


  • 1lb Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/2 bunch Dandelion Greens (chopped)
  • 1/2 Head Romaine Lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 Cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 Cup Green Beans (sliced)


  • 1 Lemon (squeezed)
  • 1/2 Avocado (mashed)
  • Handful of cilantro
