- 6 Frozen Bananas
- 3 Handfuls of Baby Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Strawberries
- 1/2-1 Cup of Fresh Apple Juice
*** Optional: 1 teaspoon of Hawaiian Spirulina (I love that stuff!)
- Blend all ingredients together and top mangos, strawberries, sprouted buckwheat groats or add everything you have on hand. ENJOY!! Xx
