Cleansing Green Juice

This delicious living green juice is great to help cleanse your body of any foreign pathogens, germs, bacteria and viruses during cold and flu season throughout the winter months. It is loaded with vitamin C, A, K, iron, copper, potassium, calcium, vitamin b complexes and folate to help boost your immune system, increase circulation, fight inflammation, improve digestion and keep your cells healthy. This is one juice you definitely want to keep in your rotation to allow for optimal healing. It’s hydrating, nutritious, detoxifying and extremely alkalizing.


2-3 servings

  • 5 Apples
  • 5 Oranges
  • 4 Cucumbers
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 Fennel Bulb
  • 1/2 Bunch Dandelion Greens
  • 1/2 Bunch Dino Kale
  • 1 Handful of Mint
  • 1 Thumb of Ginger
  • 1 Thumb of Turmeric
  1. Juice all ingredients starting from the turmeric and ginger up.  Once juiced, strain the liquid, and drink immediately.  If you have a slow juicer, you can refrigerate your juice up to 24 hours.  ENJOY!! Xx
