- 3 Cups Grapes
- 1 Beet (add the greens if you want, highly nutritious!)
- 1 Lemon
Optional: A thumb of Ginger
- Juice all ingredients rotating between the grapes and beets, ending with the lemon. Once juiced, strain the liquid, and drink immediately. If you have a slow juicer, you can refrigerate your juice up to 24 hours. ENJOY!! Xx
