My Mission

The mission at Live Pure is knowing that every single being deserves a life of health, self-love and happiness. It’s not just about me; it’s about all of us. We are all in this together. It can be hard to find a life of joy and purpose when someone is in pain or suffering on any level. Sickness can influence a person’s well-being greatly. My purpose here is to be of service and to help motivate others to take back their power by becoming self-responsible for their life and begin the healing process to truly life this beautiful, magical life to the fullest. Everyone has the potential to heal, awaken and bring themselves back to their sacred Divinity.

My ideal world…

I want to live in a world where people are actively aware of how they feed their mind, body and Spirit. To help people realize that health is created by our choices every day and that this change has to be self-generated. Whether it’s from the food we eat, thoughts we think, the entertainment we align ourselves with, the way we treat ourselves and others, it all affects our harmony in this world. If we don’t take time to create healthy life choices now, we will end up paying our debts in the end. With lifestyle and dietary alterations, we can not only prevent ourselves from contracting diseases but actually reverse them which is incredibly empowering and illuminating. The body has the ability to heal itself given the food and nutrition it is physiologically designed for.

Why I’m Here

I created this site to share joy and passion of being of service. To help people become more conscious of their everyday choices and how if effects their lives and others around them. I believe that peace begins with our plates and karma-free food is how we can begin to process of making this world a better place for all living beings. It is such a joy to me to share my high raw vegan dishes and inspire people to become with creative in the kitchen in ways that increase their fruit and vegetable intake. I love experimenting and coming up with unique meals that will satisfy even the pickiest eaters – trust me, you don’t have to be on a high raw vegan diet to enjoy these recipes! I know some people find eating fully raw to be “boring” or “repetitive”, but this blog aims to show how diverse and fun this diet can be. The vitality of living foods is reflected in their purest form, and I hope my photography captures the vividness of these foods in their natural state. Please leave your comments, suggestions and likes/dislikes, I love to hear from everyone and am always looking to try something new and mix it up! Think of this blog as more than recipes, but as place where people can learn, share and be inspired. Love your body by eating food that loves you back, you are the change you want to be. As the saying goes, “you are what you eat!”
