Baked Tofu
- Extra Firm Tofu (cut into cubes)
- 3 Tablespoons BBQ sauce
Bowl
- ¼ Cup Quinoa rinsed and cooked according to the package.
- 2 Cups of shredded Kale
- 1 Peach (sliced)
- 1 Avocado (diced)
- Handful Peruvian Peppers or any pepper of choice
- 1 Lemon
Place diced tofu into a container with BBQ sauce and shake until coat and place into the refrigerator for 1 hour mixing a couple times throughout.
