Deconstructed Chia Seed Pudding Bowl

One of my favorite breakfast meals is lots of juicy fruit with chia seeds pudding. I usually add this into a big nice bowl but for aesthetics today I added them into these glasses for a deconstructed look. You can use whatever fruit you want but I love this combo here! Chia seed pudding is so easy to make and I like to make it the night before do all I have to do is pour it out into a bowl in the morning and add my fruit for a quick meal.

Recipe

Chia Seed Pudding

  • 3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • ½ Cup Almond Milk
  • A generous splash of Maple Syrup
  • Chopped fruit of your choice:  I used blueberries, kiwi, banana, papaya and sweet yellow dragonfruit.  DELICIOUS! 

Mix the pudding ingredients together in a large jar, cover and place into the refrigerator overnight.  In the morning, add your fruit into the large and ENJOY! Xx
