I am such a beet lover, I freaking LOVE them! If you aren’t adding them into your diet you are seriously missing out in all the amazing health benefits beets possess. They aid in purifying the blood, liver, kidneys, improve circulation, reduces risk of cancer, improves mental health, provides antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and detoxification properties. They have a wide range of health benefits because of their nutritional content, including vitamins, minerals, and organic compounds like carotenoids, lutein/zeaxanthin, glycine, betaine, dietary fiber, vitamin C, magnesium, iron, copper and phosphorus, and also a source of beneficial flavonoids. Yeah, beets are AWESOME! 😉

In addition to the beets, grapes and lemons are added to this juice for the ultimate body cleanse. Grapes are an excellent detoxifier that help stimulate and cleanse the liver and improve blood flow. Grape skin contains resveratrol, which is an antioxidant nutrient that quenches free radicals and eliminates toxins from the body. Adding some lemons also helps to detoxify and in the alkalizing process, and is a great way to cleanse the colon. They also assist with with gas and bloating. Lemons have natural cleansing qualities that fight bacteria, cleanse the liver and aid in respiratory problems like sore throats. Lemons help the liver produce the necessary enzymes to maintain and alkaline condition in the body. The perfect combo to help your body release toxics.
