Because sometimes you just crave a nice bowl of cereal 🙂  Yup, you can still eat raw and have your cereal too!  It is jammed packed with flavor and nutrition and a great way to start your morning!  I love making a variety of different fruity cereals, it’s filling, sweet, satisfying, and oh soooo good!  Growing up, cereal was basically a stable food in my home.  At any given moment, we had 10-12 boxes of everything from fruity pebbles to Kashi in our pantry.  I would pour bowl after bowl because I was unknowingly addicted to it.  The taste, crunchy texture, and smell would take ahold of me.  Companies who sell processed foods hire scientist, not nutritionist with the intent to create products to keep consumers eating more and buying more.  They chemically combine the perfect mixture of salt, sugar, and fat which encourages people to over indulge by altering the brains own chemistry.  The brain becomes stimulated and releases endorphins causing people to fall deep into the pleasure trap.  Processed foods are filled with chemicals, excitotoxins, additives, artificial or natural flavorings, preservatives and these all play a role in addiction.  This is includes breads, pasta, crackers, canned and frozen foods, and even salad dressing.  I have seen my clients’ health dramatically improve by just cutting out processed foods and replacing them with fruits and vegetables.  It only takes one step to reprogram your brain and tastebuds into recognizing what real food is.  It’s about filling your body with LIFE!! Whole, raw, ripe, organic LIVING plant-based foods are filled with water, oxygen, vitamins, minerals, flavonoids, fiber, enzymes and phytonutrients that are the building blocks of health for our physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Now, are you ready to find out how to make to this bowl of heaven?  Here is the recipe!
