Cherries and blueberries are one of my favorite fruit ingredients to add in smoothies. They are a powerhouse of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory compounds, packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals and excellent for cardiovascular health. Plus, they are incredibly tasty. To bring these to the next level I added a scoop of vanilla pea protein powder. These smoothie bowls were absolutely phenomenal and I know you’ll love these too!
Recipe
- 4 Frozen Bananas
- 1 1/2 cups Frozen Cherries
- 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- Extra milk for blending if needed
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Pea Protein Powder.
Blend everything into a high speed blender and ENJOY! Xx
