- 5 Kale Leaves
- 1-2 Beets
- 1 Pineapple
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Thumb of Ginger
Juice all ingredients starting with the kale alternating in the other ingredients ending with the pineapple. Once juiced, strain the liquid and drink immediately. If you have a slow juicer, you can refrigerate your juice up to 24 hours.
