Red, White & Blue Parfaits

These may be the most AMAZING parfaits I’ve made so far!  My husband and I devoured these for breakfast yesterday after the photo adding in some extra chia pudding and fruit. The chocolate chia pudding OUT OF THIS WORLD! It has a delicious fudge flavor thanks to using my trusted @detoxorganics making this parfait a chocolatey superfoods meal loaded with 10 lbs of 25 different plants per scoop. 


  • Chocolate Pudding
  • 3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon @detoxorganics(save 15% your order using “livepurejenna” at checkout
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup 

Layers: Almond granola, almond yogurt, strawberries, bananas and blueberries.

Mix chocolate pudding ingredients together in a large jar and place into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes mixing halfway through while you chop up your fruit.  Once done, lay the remaining ingredients in the jar and ENJOY! Xx
