Carrots, ginger, golden beets, pineapple and lemon. . .what’s not to love?! This juice is full of vitamins and minerals like Vitamin A, C, K, Manganese, Copper, Potassium and many more! We always hear about the importance of vitamins, but what about minerals? For example, half a pineapple contains about 4.2mg (233%) of Manganese! Manganese is an amazing mineral for your body. It helps bones, controls sugar levels, reduces symptoms of PMS and is important for thyroid health, brain and nervous system. Manganese is considered antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD), which helps fight free radicals. Free radicals can damage your cells and can wreck havoc on your health, which can lead to heart disease, cancer, and aging.

Recipe

  • 10 Carrots
  • 1 Golden beet
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 Pineapple
  • 1/2 inch Ginger

Place all ingredients in a juicer, strain, and drink immediately!  If you have a slow juicer, you can refrigerant your juice up to 24 hours.  ENJOY!! Xx
