This green juice recipe is the PERFECT wake me up to your morning! It’s revitalizing, nutrient dense and ultra hydrating leaving you feeling your best and ready to take on the day.   • 1 Pineapple
  • 2 Heads of Romaine or Hearts
  • 5-6 Apples (depending on size)
  • 6 Kale leaves
  • 1 Large thumb of Ginger
  • 1 Lemon

Juice all ingredients starting with the leafy greens alternating in the other ingredients ending with the apple.  Once juiced, strain the liquid and drink immediately.   If you have a slow juicer, you can refrigerate your juice up to 24 hours.
