- 1 Pineapple
- 2 Heads of Romaine or Hearts
- 5-6 Apples (depending on size)
- 6 Kale leaves
- 1 Large thumb of Ginger
- 1 Lemon
Juice all ingredients starting with the leafy greens alternating in the other ingredients ending with the apple. Once juiced, strain the liquid and drink immediately. If you have a slow juicer, you can refrigerate your juice up to 24 hours.
