  • 1 Head Celery
  • 1 Small Head Broccoli
  • 1 Head Parsley
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Thumb of Ginger
  • 2 Handfuls of Spinach
  • 1 Orange
  • 2 Apples
  1. Juice all ingredients in order. Once juiced, strain the liquid, and drink immediately. If you have a slow juicer, you can refrigerate your juice up to 24 hours. ENJOY!! Xx
