- ¼ Cup Hemp Seeds
- ½ Cup Water
- 2 Dates
- A splash of Vanilla
Chia Seed Pudding
- ¼ Cup Chia Seeds
Toppings
Blueberries, bananas, grapes and blackberries
- Blend all the hemp seed milk ingredients together. Once smooth, pour ito a bowl with the chia seeds and mix well. Place into the refrigerator for 30 minutes mixing halfway through, Top with fruit and ENJOY! Xx
