Apple Cinnamon Flax Oatmeal

Oatmeal is a fantastic morning meal to keep you feeling stay full and energized.. Whole grains and protein are super beneficial in helping me stay satisfied. I topped this wholesome bowl off with @nugonutrition and almond butter for some extra macronutrients.


  • OatmealĀ 
  • 1/2 cup gluten free homestyle oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 granny smith apple finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Place the oatmeal, flax and cinnamon into a bowl and stir. Add the water and apple into a pot and bring to a boil. Once the water bubbles, pour into the oatmeal bowl, mix together and top with your favorite toppings, like NuGo Dark Chocolate Coconut šŸŒ“ šŸ„„ Enjoy!
