- 2 Soft Medjool Dates (pitted)
- 2 Large Sumatra Oranges (juiced)
- 2 Tablespoons Hemp seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Chia seeds
- 1-2 Teaspoons Hawaiian Spirulina
- 1 Handful of Mint
- 1 1/2 Cups of Filtered Water
