Nothing like enjoying a fresh glass of green juice on the beach! We’ve been living in Puerto Rico for over 2 weeks now and from the moment I got here, I could just feel the energetic shift in my entire being. This happens to me every time I come to the island for the past 7 years. I notice how at peace, awake, grounded, connected and in-tune I am with myself. I don’t know whether it’s because of where our home sits, the sunshine or just the Island of Puerto Rico itself, but it sure magical!
